Sunlight helps the body to produce vitamin D naturally. Vitamin C will prevent oxidation and decrease inflammation that is caused by high levels of sugar. B vitamins like vitamin B-6, vitamin B-i and vitamin B-12 will help to keep the sugar blood levels normal.
