Fruit, Vegetable and Seeds Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- l medium banana
- l orange
- 3 cups spinach, washed
- 4-5 small carrots
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup low fat milk or more according to the consistency you desire
Grapes and Kale Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups grapes, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups kale, washed, trimmed of hard stems, chopped
- 1 medium banana
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 11/2 cups apple juice
Method:
- Peel and chop the banana.
