Milk is high in antioxidants and vitamins B2 and B12, as well as protein and calcium. The protein in milk has been shown to decrease anxiety and frustration. Perhaps this is why so many people drink warm milk to ease them into sleep at night. The calcium in daily has also been shown to calm muscles and help keep blood pressure in check.
