Gentian Root

Gentian Root – gentiana lutea. Gentian root is a bitter herb, which stimulates the production of gastric juices and saliva. It is commonly recommended for enhancing digestion and may also be used for stimulating the appetite.

contraindications: Do not use if you have ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract.
