Health Cereal

5 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup unrefined sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 small package dates, chopped
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup soy flour
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup wheat germ

Mix all these ingredients well. Then, mix well the following:

1 cup honey
1 cup vegetable oil

Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Put all in a large roasting pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
