1 tablespoon licorice
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon mint leaves
1 tablespoon comfrey leaves
1 tablespoon parsley
Mix and store in a clean, tightly-capped jar.
To use, bring 1 quart water and 1/2 ounce herbs to boil. Put steaming pot on the table, and put your face over the pot, at least 10 inches from the water. Cover head and pot with a towel. Relax for at least 5 minutes.
You can also use this mixture in a vaporizer while you sleep.
