Suggest avoiding or reducing intake of: sugar (e.g. sucrose, glucose, dextrose, fructose, lactose, maltose, etc), other natural sweeteners (e.g. honey, molasses, malt syrup, etc), alcohol, vinegar,
other fermented foods (e.g. soy sauce, miso, sauerkraut, etc),
yeast, fruit (in early stages of programme), dried fruit, malted foods,
dairy products (except plain live yoghurt), corn (in excess), potatoes (in excess).
