Some attribute dizziness to vertigo.  However, it would be more prudent to visit a physician who can readily assess whether an individual is afflicted with high blood pressure or not.

As you look for some method on how to reduce high blood pressure, more often than not, doctors will prescribe maintenance medications to control hypertension. If this is the case, the patient should ensure to take the medicine daily, without fail.  Being prescribed with maintenance meds does not mean that you can now eat indiscriminately.

A good number of patients have this ill-conceived notion that because they are now feeling much better, they can stop taking their medication without the clearance from their doctors.

This should be avoided at all costs since this might be a very fatal mistake.  Visiting your doctor every quarter or semi-annually is highly encouraged so that your blood pressure can be properly be monitored and that the medication can be prescribed fittingly.
