Multiple Sclerosis is a condition of the central nervous system, so when messages can’t get through from the center of operations in the brain to the operating parts of the body there will be some obvious consequences, or maybe the brain itself won’t work quite as it used to.

Many symptoms are visible to other people, but some are felt internally long before anyone else notices anything unusual – no one can tell if you are suffering from pins and needles in your hands and feet unless you tell them.

Here are some of the most common physical symptoms: Weakness in the arms or legs (seldom both at once) is a characteristic early symptom and can sometimes be hard to identify when combined with a sense of lethargy and any of the following symptoms:

Coordination will soon be a problem and is probably the biggest issue in our technical age. If you can’t read your own handwriting or even use a keyboard, plans to study or earn a living will have to be adapted.

Balance is a clear giveaway. People notice an awkward gait, stagger or limp, long before anyone falls over in the street or comes off their bike.

Vision problems are a common symptom of MS. It even has its own special name – “optic neuritis” – because sometimes symptoms affecting the optic nerve are the only problem anyone has. It is frightening at the time and gets worse for several days before it gets better, but in most cases is almost totally cleared after a few weeks, so normal life can re-start.

Incontinence is an embarrassing problem that affects most people who have MS at some time. The treacherous nerves send messages that cause an irresistible urge to “go”, and then fail to ensure the bladder is fully empty when it gets the chance.

“‘Flu without having ‘flu” is what I call the disorientation, weariness, aches and pains that can accompany an MS attack. Just as with an attack of winter influenza, all the patient wants to do is go to bed and try to sleep it off.

Sexual problems are commonly reported amongst both men and women. This is hardly surprising given the truth of the axiom, “the biggest sex organ is the brain”, and the importance of the central nervous system to human sexuality.

Fatigue along with its partners, depression and loss of motivation, is one of the most common and damaging effects. Outwardly invisible, it probably leads to as many cases of early retirement as any of the obvious physical handicaps.

Recycled symptoms are what I call the return of symptoms someone with MS had some time in the past, and then got over. Even after recovery (which usually occurs within 4-6 weeks), if another symptom does develop in a different part of the body, which can be years later, an earlier symptom will often reappear, if only in a milder form.

There is a long list of other possible physical symptoms, including “seizure”, where a sudden short-term collapse looks rather like an epileptic fit, but everyone with MS will come to

learn their own typical features.

Emotional Symptoms

The effect of MS on the way somebody thinks is different from other symptoms, even though it has the same physical cause.

If the messages passing from the brain to the rest of the body via the central nervous system are distorted by MS, it is hardly surprising that the way the brain works is affected as well.

Even if emotional stress has not actually caused the symptoms of MS, the tricks the disease plays on the body’s internal messaging systems can take patients by surprise.

Things to watch out for (and for families and carers to understand) include:

Memory lapses, which can look like lazy thinking, carelessness, or just plain rudeness. You might totally forget the name of someone you know perfectly well.

Euphoria means an “exaggerated and unrealistic state of happiness”. This may not sound too bad, but it can be a problem if it means uncontrollable giggling when nothing funny has happened. Like being drunk, it’s quite fun at the time, but is frustrating for outsiders who can see very well that there is nothing to laugh at, and is potentially disastrous when talking to employers or people in authority.

Depression is at least as bad for people with MS as for people who are otherwise healthy, although it’s impossible to tell how far the bad news about having MS is a cause in itself. Is it a cause or is it an effect? Or both? In any case, depression amongst MS sufferers is well above the average for the population as a whole.

Irrational mood swings are a feature of MS that combine both euphoria and depression. The families of people with MS are often baffled by the sudden and unpredictable lurches from highs to lows.

There is a big difference between celiac disease and gluten intolerance, and while they are both serious conditions, celiac disease can be a lot more severe. Celiac disease is an immune reaction to gluten, and can cause a sudden and violent allergic reaction in sufferers. The basic science behind the disease is that the proteins (glutelins and prolamins) allow the cells in your small intestine to open a little too much which allows gluten and toxins to enter the bloodstream. This is often called leak}’ gut syndrome. In the most acute cases a reaction can be caused simply by eating something that has been prepared on the same work surface as something containing gluten which hasn’t been completely sterilized.

Celiac disease is essentially an auto-immune disorder, however it is also a mal absorption disorder as it prevents the body absorbing essential nutrients from food. One of the most damaging side effects of celiac disease is malnutrition. This is because it actually attacks the body itself, damaging the inside of the small intestine. The small hair like lining of the small intestine, known as villi are essential to help increase the surface area of the intestine and maximize the absorption of nutrients. The auto-immune response to the foreign bodies being released into the bloodstream damages these tiny hairs and can completely flatten them in acute cases, rendering them all but useless.

Gluten intolerance tends to have a slower onset than celiac disease, and is often hard to diagnose as it has a broad range of symptoms and causes, many of which are overlooked as just being part of the stresses and strains of modern day living.

Both celiac disease and gluten intolerance can be greatly exacerbated by mental, physical or emotional stress, which means that many people are managing to live with either celiac disease or gluten intolerance without realizing. It is only when they suddenly find themselves getting run down that their symptoms flare up, however they are commonly overlooked as there are other issues that are more prominent and will more than likely get the blame.

What foods is it in?

Many people think that gluten is only found in foods such as bread, bagels or breaded meats and fish, however this is far from the case. Gluten has found its way into a huge range of foods thanks to its ability to thicken. You will find gluten in food stuffs such as soups, sauces, ready meals and even salad dressings or marinades. Wheat flour is the main source of gluten in most of these foods, however you may well be surprised at just how many things list gluten in the allergens section of their labels as it is present in an ingredient other than wheat flour. If you are serious about cutting gluten out of your diet then you will need to start religiously checking labels to see if it is hidden in there somewhere. Thankfully nearly all products will list gluten in the allergy advice section, however it is all too easy to just sling something into your trolley assuming that it will be gluten free when in fact it isn’t.

Just to give you an idea of where you might find gluten unexpectedly:

Ketchup; Brown Sauce; Mustard; Soup; Cous cous; Sausages; Soy sauce;

Instant gravy powders;

Baked beans;

Crisps;

Burgers;

Pate;

Candy;

Stock cubes.

As you can see, gluten is being used in many of our everyday foodstuffs, so unless you get into the habit of carefully reading labels you may well find you are inadvertently consuming it on a daily basis. Now if you don’t suffer from celiac disease you might not think this is a problem, however many people suffer from an intolerance, sometimes only mild, without realizing.

Making a conscious effort to remove gluten from your diet completely could leave you feeling like a new person.

Many people feel that they don’t have a problem with gluten, they definitely don’t suffer from celiac disease, so why should they cut it out of their diet? Well, what a lot of people don’t realize is that they may well be suffering from the ill effects of gluten consumption without realizing, instead blaming it on a hectic lifestyle. The problem is that many of the side effects that you may suffer from consuming gluten can easily be dismissed as just being over tired, having one drink too many or just not eating as well as you could. Many people actually have a genetic predisposition to celiac disease, in particular those with Irish ancestry. Add to this that is has been noted in many cases the standard blood test for celiac disease is not always accurate for those with Irish ancestry, with further tests such as stomach lining biopsies being required it is not surprising that it is an under-diagnosed condition. It is estimated that around 1% of the American population suffer from diagnosed Celiac disease however because the symptoms vary so much from person to person, only around 10% of cases are actually clinically diagnosed.

Here are some commonly overlooked symptoms of gluten intolerance and celiac disease:

– Weight loss or gain;

– Nutritional deficiencies such as anemia;

– Digestive issues such as: Bloating;

– Stomach pain;

– Excessive wind;

– Constipation/diarrhea.

– Aching and pains in your joints;

– Depression/mood swings;

– Eczema;

– Headaches;

– Constantly feeling tired;

– Infertility, irregular menstrual cycle and miscarriage;

– Cramps, tingling and numbness in the limbs.

As you can see, nearly all of the symptoms on this list could be put down to something else, and that is why so many people continue to suffer without realizing what the root of their ailments is. If you are always feeling a bit run down, lack luster and as if you could do with a good spring clean, then cutting gluten out of your diet could be the answer.

AS BIRD flu, or Avian Influenza, raged through Asia, countries such as Vietnam, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Japan, Korea and Taiwan are stepping up on massive culling of their poultry as they are seized by a realisation that the animal virus could eventually threaten human lives.

Their fears are not unfounded. According to a warning issued by the World Health Organisation’s spokesman for Vietnam, Bob Dietz, it is possible that an avian influenza virus could mutate to the extent of person-to-person transmission. This would then spark a global outbreak of an influenza pandemic which would be more severe than SARS. Past influenza pandemics have led to high levels of illness, death, social disruption and economic loss.

Faced with the vicious spread of Bird Flu, we have collated some information regarding this potential pandemic and highlighted necessary precautions to be taken, in order to provide all Bel’Airians with insights to assist them in the active protection of their health.

Understanding Bird Flu

All birds are believed to be susceptible to infection with avian influenza (bird flu). In the reservoir of influenza viruses, fifteen subtypes are known to have adverse impacts on birds, thus presenting a potential time bomb circulating amongst bird populations. To date, all outbreaks of the highly pathogenic form have been caused by subtypes H5 and H7 of influenza A viruses.

Recent research has shown that viruses of low pathogenicity can mutate into highly pathogenic viruses after brief circulation among poultry. From 1983 to 1984, America witnessed an epidemic where the H5N2 virus, which initially caused low mortality, became highly pathogenic within six months, driving the mortality rate up to 90%. During an epidemic in Italy from 1999 to 2001, the H7N1 virus, which started of on low pathogenicity footing, mutated within 9 months to a highly pathogenic form. More than 13 million birds died or were destroyed.

The quarantine of infected farms and destruction of infected or potentially exposed flocks are standard control measures aimed at curbing the spread of the disease. Avian influenza viruses are not only highly contagious, they are readily transmitted from farm to farm by mechanical means, including contaminated equipment, vehicles, feed, cages and clothing. The key protection measure really lies in stringent sanitary measures on the farms.

The Highly Pathogenic H5N1

Of the 15 avian influenza virus subtypes mentioned earlier, H5N1 is of particular concern due to its rapid mutation speed and documented propensity to acquire genes from viruses infecting other animal species. Laboratory studies have demonstrated that isolates from this virus have high pathogenicity and can cause severe disease in humans. Birds that survive infection will excrete virus for at least 10 days, orally and in faeces, thus magnifying the spread at live poultry markets and by migratory birds.

The epidemic of highly pathogenic avian influenza caused by H5N1, which began in mid-December 2003 in Korea, is now rampaging in other Asian countries. H5N1 variants demonstrated a capacity to directly infect humans in 1997, and have reared their ugly heads again in Vietnam in January 2004. The spread of infection in birds increases the probability for human infection as well as the likelihood that humans, concurrently infected with human and avian influenza strains, could serve as the “mixing vessel” for the emergence of a novel subtype with sufficient human genes that encourages easy person-to-person transmission. This would kick-start an influenza pandemic.

According to the latest news from the World Health Organisation, the H5N1 virus has been discovered from the corpse of pigs infected with avian influenza. This greatly elevates the possibility of avian influenza virus combining with the human flu virus to form a new virus which constitutes a danger 1000 times that of SARS. This could probably reactivate a catastrophe like the Spanish flu which plagued the world from 1918—1919, resulting in 20 to 50 million deaths worldwide.

Possibilities of Human Infection

The first documented infection of humans with an avian influenza virus occurred in Hong Kong in 1997, when the H5N1 strain caused severe respiratory disease in 18 humans, of whom 6 died. Extensive investigation determined that the source of infection was close contact with live infected poultry. Studies at the genetic level gave a shocking revelation that the virus had jumped directly from birds to humans.

Alarm mounted again in January 2004, when laboratory tests confirmed the presence of H5N1 avian influenza virus in human cases of severe respiratory disease in the northern part of Vietnam. Taking our cue from recent history, it is now a necessity for us to be equipped with comprehensive protection.

Symptoms of Avian Influenza in Humans

The reported symptoms of avian influenza in humans have ranged from typical influenza-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat and muscle aches) to eye infections, pneumonia, acute respiratory distress, viral pneumonia and other severe and life-threatening complications. Present cases infer that lower bronchial tube symptoms and lung inflammation are also striking differences that set avian influenza apart from the common flu.

Prevention Methods

1. Refrain from travelling to areas infected by avian influenza. If travel cannot be avoided, be sure to update yourself with all your shots and see your health-care provider at least 4–6 weeks before you leave to get any additional shots or information you may need.

2. Avoid areas with live poultry, such as live animal markets and poultry farms, especially in areas infected by avian influenza. Large amounts of the virus are known to be excreted in the droppings from infected birds. Clean your hands often using either soap and water or waterless alcohol-based hand sanitisers, especially after contact with poultry. Children should especially avoid contact with live poultry.

3. Heat will destroy influenza viruses. Therefore, all foods from poultry, including eggs, should be thoroughly cooked.

4. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water when they are contaminated with secretions (such as after sneezing).

5. As there are currently no effective vaccinations, it is vital to keep one’s immunity at the peak and maintain a healthy lifestyle for protection against diseases.

Bel’Air Action Plan should the Bird Flu Spread

Maintaining personal hygiene, optimal health conditions and a strong immunity system are of course essentials. As Bel’Airians, we can also use certain products to boost personal and family health.

Combining the recommendations of Professor Tsai Ying Chieh and Professor Willy Wang, we present to you some health guides:

1. Maintain hygiene of your hands: The chief way by which we can be infected with bird flu is through physical contact. Therefore, clean your hands frequently with Guardian Angel and Genie to help combat the growth of virus and germs and to eliminate such pathogens which could exist in the environment.

2. Use aromatherapy often: Besides removing germs and pathogens, aromatherapy also enhances health maintenance. Use essential oils such as thyme, juniper, green tea, chypre, eucalyptus, pyrethre, bois de santal and basilic.

3. Raise Immunity: The immunity system is the defence system of the body and needs to have sufficient rest to restore its strength and prevent its exhaustion from inflammation and over-reaction. Use Magnolia bio-tech pure essential oil to reduce chronic inflammation and maintain the proper functioning of the immunity system. Use the essential oil by means of direct aromatherapy or aroma-vapourisation using the bio-tech burner. Combine it with Vital Meridian Essence to massage the chest, back and nose, so as to ease absorption.

4. Be happy: Stress will decrease immunity by as much as 80%. Use 50% of lavande and 50% of basilic, with the addition of Nepenthe bio-tech pure essential oil using the aroma-vapourisation method. These will reduce unnecessary stress and promote good sleep. Disease precaution, which serves to elevate immunity and maintain a healthy lifestyle, is more important than medical cure!

So, where does disease come from? How does it get manifested in your body in the first place? Do environment and diet really play key roles in causing disease? Well, the information contained in this article will shock you to say the least. For years now health officials have told the public about how diet and environment specifically contribute to most illnesses.

Doctors have been preaching to their patients how important it is to eat a healthy balanced diet and to exercise on a regular basis. It is also advised to limit our fat intake because it is unhealthy. Many people believe that by taking vitamin and mineral supplements they will ensure themselves that any deficiency they have will be taken care of.

If all the information that has been preached to us about disease and health is true, then how is it that a person such as myself could become chronically sick? Before I became chronically sick, I worked out four to five days a week and ate very well. I ate a varied and healthy diet and also limited my intake of saturated fats. So, how did I become chronically sick after following such an active and healthy lifestyle?

Well, although dis-ease is a physical manifestation, the root causes of most illnesses are not physical. The true root causes of almost every dis-ease lie deep within every person that is ill. In essence, we create every illness that we experience, be it on a subconscious level or an unconscious level. So, how is that possible?

How can we possibly cause ourselves these kinds of circumstances? Well, there are distinct emotional and mental patterns associated with every illness. The way you choose to use your mind and the way you respond to your outer world have more to do with disease than your diet and your environment.

We have heard in recent years how stress can kill you. Well, it is really not the stress in and of itself that will kill you, it is the way you choose to process the stress that could hurt you or make you very sick. The body in essence is a mirror of our inner thoughts, emotions and beliefs. Every single cell in your body has its own intelligence and is able to listen to what you are thinking and feel what you are expressing emotionally.

In reality, your cells and your body respond to every thought you think, every emotion you have and every word you speak. Repetitive modes of thinking and suppressing negative emotions such as anger, resentment, bitterness, and hatred can and will eventually manifest as dis-ease in the body. Literally, your suppressed emotions become like ticking bombs waiting for the perfect conditions to detonate and manifest as dis-ease.

There is a philosophy/science called metaphysics. Metaphysics deals with primarily how there are many factors in the universe in which can not be reasoned with the five senses of the human body. In the aspect of disease, metaphysics proposes that there are distinct emotional and mental factors that contribute to the manifestation to each correlating disease. The correlation between patterns of emotions and thought to a specific disease can be so profoundly true.

For example, let’s take a person with heart disease. Metaphysically speaking, the heart represents love and our blood represents joy. Our hearts pump this joy throughout our bodies. When someone lacks joy and love for their life, the heart shrinks and becomes cold and thus the blood becomes sluggish. At this point, one is subjecting themselves for heart conditions such as angina, arteriosclerosis, and deposits in the arteries. In fact, if you were to look at most people who have heart disease, you will find a lack of joy and love in their life.

Another metaphysical correlation of suppressed emotions and illness would be that of cancer. This disease is typically found in people who carry deep anger for either themselves or resentment for other people and circumstances that occurred in the past. These people were very hurt by the past event and usually carry hatred for a long period of time until it literally starts eating away at the body and manifests as cancer.

I hope by now that you can begin to see a deep correlation between a person’s emotional and mental state and the disease they carry. Whenever a person comes down with any disease, they need to look at themselves and see what they have been thinking or what emotions they have been suppressing.

Many times though, the triggering emotional and mental factors for a specific disease occurred many months to even years before the manifestation of the illness itself. It is key to discover the true root factors that triggered the manifestation of the illness. Even conditions such as the so-called common cold and the flu may have distinct emotional and mental factors contributing to them.

Any time you are sick in general, you need to listen to your body and hear what it is telling you. Instead of always looking for a magic blue pill or a magic supplement, one needs to be more conscious of their bodies. If you are chronically sick then you need to assume full responsibility for your own health. No doctor or drug can cure you of any illness. You have the cure within you to eliminate any disease. God equipped all of us with everything that we will ever need in this world.

How dis-ease really gets manifested in the body

Symptoms of illness result from only the following 3 factors: 1) Toxic Thoughts 2) Toxic Emotions 3) Toxic Chemicals produced in your body from your negative emotions.

Your toxic (negative) thoughts, which really determine your perception of life events, cause you to have negative emotions, which cause the cells of your body to create toxic chemicals and in turn cause your body to create toxic cells that lead to DIS-EASE.

Science is now proving that when you are in a state of distress and disharmony, your cells produce toxic chemicals that tend to deteriorate and degenerate the body.

Anytime you move into stress and disharmony you express negative emotions that literally create toxic chemicals in your cells. This causes your body to be in a state of degeneration and stagnation. Once you are in this state, you then become susceptible to attract viruses, harmful bacteria, parasites, candida (fungi), and also store toxic chemicals from food and pollution since you will not be detoxifying properly.

Also, when you are stressed out or carry any of the negative emotions such as anger, resentment, hatred, impatience, etc., you tense up. This tensing up causes many of your biological processes to be impaired. Nutrient transport, cell respiration, detoxification, elimination, digestion, assimilation, hormone production and brain function become severely disrupted leading to a gradual degeneration in your whole system.

Emotional stress has the biggest impact on your immune system above any other factor. If you are in a state of balance and harmony mentally, emotionally, and physically, then illness simply can not set in the body. Most people have not been taught how to deal with stress and live in a balanced fashion. The society of today promotes drama, stress and struggle. The secret then is that the suppressing and storing of emotions are the true root cause of most illnesses.

Diet and environment do help to contribute to disease, however, they are not the underlying cause for it. Just look at anyone who is calm and approaches life in a balanced fashion. These people rarely get sick and will almost never get chronically sick. Chronically sick people are ones that are typically very emotional and/or have had serious traumatic experiences in their past. They are also people who tend to hold onto emotions correlating to these past events.

The big secret that many health organizations don’t want you knowing is that the body has a divine blueprint for perfect health. Every single cell in your body has its own intelligence and is programmed for optimum functioning. Due to this divine blueprint, the body knows exactly how to heal itself no matter what illness, injury or imbalance that may be present.

The key is to know how to use this blueprint to restore your health or improve your current state of health to optimum functioning. Once you know how to tap into this cellular blueprint for perfect health, you can then heal yourself from any illness.

Divine Blueprint for Perfect Health

Let’s use an example of how this blueprint for perfect health works. Let’s say that you cut your finger. What most people are unaware of is that the second the cut happens, there are biological processes that start immediately to regenerate and heal the wound.

Due to the cellular programming in your body for perfect restoration, all the necessary processes and substances to heal the wound are automatically carried out perfectly. Accordingly, after about a week the cut is healed completely and you would never know that there ever was an injury.

Another example of the divine perfection of the body and how it is intelligent is when you break a bone. Here is another instance where the body starts immediately to repair and regenerate what is out of equilibrium with its divine blueprint. Again, after about 6 weeks the bone is healed completely and it is actually stronger at the point of the break than it was before.

So from these 2 examples, it is quite clear that the body knows exactly how to heal itself from anything that it is presented with. The question really isn’t can a person heal from a chronic illness, but rather does the person have the correct information to use to heal themselves?

True Healing

So, how does one begin to heal the emotional and mental traumas from one’s past? The secret to healing yourself on all levels of your being is to learn how to let go and forgive. Learning how to forgive yourself and all the people who you perceived as hurting you is the best remedy for any life issue whether it is a chronic disease or an unhealthy relationship with a family member or past lover.

Notice that I said perceived as someone who hurt you. The fact is, no one can ever hurt you in life. You can only allow yourself to be hurt. The mental and emotional grief that you have experienced in life was really due to the perceptions that you had about each life event. The key is to learn how to change your perception in life.

I have found through personal experience that forgiveness is absolutely the best remedy for any life issue. I know that as I began to forgive the people that I thought wronged me, my health and my life started to improve dramatically. The question I ask of any person that says they are chronically sick or has any type of health ailment is…Who is the problem?

Forgiveness can actually heal you of disease. I will say that forgiveness is the magic cure that many people in life are looking for. There are many people who carry hatred, resentment, anger and bitterness toward the people they think hurt them. These emotions set in the body and get stored over the years until they manifest as disease and other imbalances. Your emotions also get stored in your energy fields and form blockages. There are now scientific instruments that can read your energy fields (aura) and are able to tell where you have energy blockages. Based on where you have energy blocks in your aura, you will be more susceptible to acquire certain diseases.

In essence, if you could read people’s energy fields (aura), you could tell where they are blocked energetically and be able to predict what specific diseases they are more inclined to come down with.

Releasing old emotions will cause shifts in your energy fields and thus free up the energy blockages that you may have. That is why letting go of old STUFF can do wonders for your health.

I have heard of people having miraculous cures of their illness once they decided to forgive someone for the past. In fact, there are health promoting biochemical changes that happen in a person’s body when they are in a state of forgiveness.

So, how do you forgive you might be saying? Forgiveness is not some hard and complex process like many people believe. It does not take extended energy and time and requires no knowledge of how to do it. Here is the secret answer to forgiveness. Forgiveness starts with a thought. The thought of really wanting to forgive the person in question, letting the past event go and releasing the need to be right. The rest GOD will take of as long as you are sincere in wanting to forgive the person.

That is it!! Pretty simple huh? It does work! Just do it. The sooner you do, the sooner you will feel like a mountain has been lifted off of your shoulders. Not only do you free yourself but you also free the other person. Even if the other person never finds out that you have forgiven them, they will experience a release of some kind on some level.

One bit of advice I can give is that to be able to forgive someone else, you have to forgive yourself first. The same principle applies here where you simply just let go of the past, have the thought of forgiving yourself and release any anger or pain from the past event.

If you can really absorb the information that follows, you will be well on your way to healing yourself from whatever illness you have and/or creating optimum health.

The Formula For Complete Healing

1) Assume Full Responsibility for your illness. No one out there can ever heal you. It is your duty to heal all levels of your being to be completely well. By educating and empowering yourself with sound holistic health knowledge, you will be well on your way to healing.

2) Commitment; doing whatever it takes to heal yourself. I would have walked to the North Pole and back if I had to. Just be committed to do whatever you have to do to heal regardless of how much money and energy you have to expend.

3) Forgiveness- as explained earlier will be the best medicine for your recovery.

4) Implementing a diet and environment that will support your physical health. (You will learn how to do this throughout this book.)

5) Learning how to adjust your thoughts and emotions to support long term health.

Holistic modalities and true organic supplements can help you to heal on a physical level but only when you assume full responsibility for your health and become conscious of your full being. You are a multidimensional being with a complex psyche. You need to learn how to balance your multidimensionality.

The only way one can truly heal from any disease is through healing every level of their being. One needs to look at their mind-body-spirit complex and work to heal those areas that are out of balance. Without such balance, one can never truly heal!

AT THE SOURCE OF EVERY ILLNESS, LIES ITS CURE!!!

Rino Soriano specializes in helping chronically sick people to restore their health. After healing himself from chronic fatigue syndrome, he is now on a mission to help other chronically sick people to regain their health and their lives.

Rino calls himself The Chronic Disease Buster since he feels that once a person has the proper information about disease and healing then busting through their illness becomes easy.
