I’m a GP and have tried many different thermometers – I don’t have any shares with these guys but it is the best I came across so far. Easy to use and always exact. The problem with most thermometers is that over time they need re-calibration but this one goes for years and still gives the correct temperature. In my job you need one you can trust and this one delivers – most of my colleagues are also using it now.

In a desperate attempt to relieve a rather bothersome IBS flare, I snapped up a bottle of Lily of the Desert’s Aloe Vera Juice Stomach Formula. In reading the product description, it looked like it might help relieve most every symptom I was dealing with: bloating, burping, gas, constipation and diarrhea. The cost wasn’t that much so even if it didn’t work, I wouldn’t be out too much money.
When the item arrived, I read the bottle and vividly recall reading something like “enjoy the taste!” I will tell you, it has a taste unlike ANYTHING I have ever tasted. This is the product’s ONLY downfall. If I had to describe the taste it would be close to powdered drink mix WITHOUT any sugar WHATSOEVER.

Originally my wife had these recommended by a local chiropractor because she was always tired. She liked them (at about $15 per bottle!) so I found them on the internet at a much cheaper price of $6-9. She has been using them about 10 years and swears by them. My mother, who’ll be 93 in September, has been getting a monthly B-12 shot for over 25 years which never fails to perk her up. Mom’s doctor tells me it is not an effective booster for everyone. You have to try it and see if it helps. I tried the pills for a month, and couldn’t discern any change, but I take a Vitamin B complex pill daily which probably serves the same purpose. Note: This is the cheapest I have seen the Twin Labs brand!

Originally, I was skeptical of this product and its claims about being “tasteless”, “grit-free”, and “non-thickening”. I have tried many fiber products that alluded to similar claims only to be disappointed in the long-run. So, I figured that I’d give this product the ultimate test: I put a serving (2 teaspoons) in a glass of pure spring water and stirred it. In about two minutes time it vanished. I drank it down and didn’t even notice that it was there, and that means a lot to me. I have very sensitive taste buds that can detect the minute difference between fresh mountain spring and purified/filtered bottled water. This product is great and I will be buying a lot more of it. I will never use any other fiber supplement again. Though it’s a bit on the pricier side, there’s nothing comes nearer to it in quality and simplicity.
